TAPS24K is a workforce and learning platform built for the jewellery industry. It is operated by Cixcent Technologies Private Limited (“Cixcent”, “we”, “us”). Through TAPS24K we provide recruitment services that connect jewellery professionals with employers, and learning services that offer jewellery-industry courses and assessments.

In these terms, “platform” means the TAPS24K website and the services we make available through it.

By creating an account or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity that takes place through your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

The platform serves several kinds of users:

• Candidates — jewellery professionals and job seekers who build a profile, apply for jobs, and take courses.
• Employers and recruiters — organisations and their authorised staff who post roles and review applicants.
• Trainers — course authors who create and deliver learning content.
• Other authorised users — including our own administrative and support staff.

The features available to you depend on the kind of account you hold.

TAPS24K helps employers and candidates find each other. Candidates can browse roles and submit applications; employers and recruiters can publish roles and review the applications they receive.

We are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the platform. Employers and recruiters remain responsible for their own hiring decisions and for the roles they publish. Job listings must be genuine, lawful and accurate.

We may moderate, edit or remove listings, content or accounts that appear inaccurate, unlawful, misleading or otherwise in breach of these terms.

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy and legitimacy of every role you publish.
• Complying with the recruitment and employment laws that apply to you.
• Your own screening, shortlisting and hiring decisions.
• The employment terms you offer and honour.
• Using candidate information only for legitimate recruitment purposes, and handling it responsibly.

You must not use candidate information for marketing unrelated to recruitment, share it onward without a proper basis, or attempt to collect it in bulk.

You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of everything you put on the platform, including your profile, work history, education, skills, resumes, uploaded documents, applications, and any information you submit for verification.

Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications or experience may lead to removal of content or restriction of your account.

TAPS24K offers jewellery-industry courses. Some may be free and others paid, depending on what is offered at the time.

Learning and job applications are independent of each other. You do not need to take or pay for a course in order to apply for jobs on TAPS24K, and you do not need to apply for jobs in order to take a course. Submitting an ordinary job application does not require payment.

Courses may include lessons, study materials, assignments, quizzes and exams. Where a course sets completion or assessment requirements, certificates may be issued to learners who meet them.

Where a paid service is offered, the price and any applicable taxes are shown to you before you complete the purchase.

Payments are handled by authorised third-party payment providers. Your card or other payment credentials are processed by those providers; we retain records of the transaction itself, such as the amount, status and associated invoice.

Refunds and cancellations for eligible paid services are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy together with any specific terms shown to you at the time of purchase. That policy is published separately.

A certificate issued through TAPS24K records that a learner met the completion or assessment criteria of a particular course at a particular time. Certificates may carry a reference number that allows them to be checked.

A certificate is not a guarantee of employment, and unless we expressly say otherwise it is not a government licence, statutory qualification or professional accreditation.

Candidates may choose to create a Talent Passport — a professional summary of their profile — and to generate a link that shares it.

If you create a share link, anyone who has that link can open the shared professional information while the link remains valid. Share links are valid for a limited period. Please only share the link with people you intend to share your information with.

We may provide messaging within the platform so that users can communicate about applications and other legitimate platform matters.

You must not use messaging to send spam or unsolicited marketing, to harass or abuse anyone, to attempt fraud, or for anything unlawful.

TAPS24K may display verification indicators on profiles and organisations where a verification step has been completed.

A verification indicator reflects only the specific check that was carried out, at the time it was carried out. It is not a guarantee of a person's or an organisation's future conduct, suitability for a role, or of anything beyond what was actually verified. You should still exercise your own judgement.

You keep ownership of the content you upload, including your resumes, documents, profile information and course submissions. We do not claim ownership of it.

You grant us the permission we reasonably need to operate the service — to host, store, process, reproduce and display your content for the purpose of providing the platform to you and to the users you share it with. This permission exists so we can run the service; it does not let us sell your documents.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for making sure it is accurate and lawful.

When using TAPS24K, you must not:

• Impersonate another person or organisation, or misrepresent your identity or credentials.
• Post false, misleading or fraudulent job listings.
• Commit or attempt fraud of any kind.
• Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against other users.
• Send spam or unsolicited marketing.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-collect data from the platform, or use automated means to access it without our permission.
• Attempt to break, probe or circumvent the platform's security, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Upload malware or anything designed to disrupt the platform.
• Misuse candidate information, including using it for purposes unrelated to recruitment.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

The TAPS24K platform — including its software, design, branding, logos and the content we publish — belongs to Cixcent Technologies Private Limited or our licensors, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our permission.

This does not affect your ownership of your own content, as described in section 16.

We may restrict, suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these terms, fraud or abuse, a risk to the security of the platform or its users, or where we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the platform at any time. You can also submit a request to have your account and data erased — how those requests are handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep TAPS24K available and working well, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted, timely, or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may carry out maintenance that affects availability.

Parts of the platform rely on third-party providers — for example for payment processing, email, SMS and messaging delivery, video conferencing for online sessions, and cloud hosting. Those providers handle the information needed to deliver their part of the service.

Where the platform links to a third-party website, we are not responsible for that website's content or practices.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It forms part of these terms.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not give warranties that the platform will meet your requirements or produce any particular result.

We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, for the accuracy of information that users provide about themselves, for hiring decisions made by employers, or for the outcome of any employment relationship formed through the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time — for example when we add features or when legal requirements change. When we make a material change, we will update the “last updated” date above and take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have under applicable law, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana are intended to have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms.
